Return & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations under the following conditions:

Unpaid Orders

If your order has not been paid, you may cancel it directly through your account or contact our customer support team for assistance.

Paid Orders

Paid orders can be canceled within 48 hours of placement for a full refund. Once an order has been processed for fulfillment or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your apparel items.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in resellable condition
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • A valid proof of purchase is required
  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted
Please note that personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please email service@ourapparel.com with the following information:
  • Your order number
  • The specific item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • A clear reason for the return or exchange
  • Clear photos or videos (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address. Please send the item within 7 days after approval and share the tracking number with us so we can monitor its delivery.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility

If the return is due to personal reasons (such as change of mind, incorrect size or color selection, or style preference), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Estimated return shipping cost: €3-€10 per item, depending on item size, weight, and destination location.

Merchant Responsibility

If the item you received is defective, damaged during shipping, or does not match what you ordered, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide you with a replacement or full refund at your option.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days
  • A confirmation email will be sent to you once the refund has been processed
  • The actual time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Refund Deductions

Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:
  • The item is returned damaged due to customer misuse or improper care
  • Original tags, labels, or packaging are missing or damaged
  • The item has been altered, modified, or shows signs of wear

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:
  1. Check your payment account again, as processing times can vary
  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider, as there may be a delay before the refund is posted
  3. If the issue remains unresolved after 10 business days, please email us at service@ourapparel.com
